Supported Platforms

The package has been successfully build and run on the following platforms:

• Mac OS X (10.8) with gcc 4.2.1 (xcode 4.6.3)
• Ubuntu 12.04 with gcc 4.6.3

Older versions have been built and run on:

Mac OS X (10.4, 10.5, 10.6) with gcc 4.0.1 (gcc 4.2.1)

Scientific Linux 3.0 (SLC3) with gcc 3.2.3.

Scientific Linux 4.0 (SLC4) with gcc 3.4.6

Scientific Linux 5.0 (SLC5) with gcc 4.3.4

SuSE 10.2 with gcc/gfortran 4.1.2
